Why should I choose bamboo?

Bamboo fibres create an incredibly soft fabric that is both gentle and cozy to the touch. The fabric is hypo-allergenic and soft on both sensitive skin and eczema. Sunday Littles fabric is made from 95% viscose from bamboo and 5% spandex which allows for great breathability and stretch for long-term wear.

How do I care for my Sunday Littles clothing?

How to wash:

Your Sunday Littles clothing is designed to be washed on a gentle cycle with cold water and only other bamboo fabrics. Please note that Bamboo is a natural fiber and is delicate; so it should be washed separately from items that may be damaging — like towels or velcro.

Pajamas and layettes should be washed inside out, zipped or buttoned up, to decrease pilling and prevent potential damage to fabric.

Sleep Bags should NOT be washed inside out, but should be zipped up completely to protect the inner quilting.

How to dry:

We do not recommend using the dryer to dry your Sunday Littles clothing. Instead, hang or lay flat to dry. Make sure to open your sleep bags when drying them — just like a blanket or quilt, the sleep bags can take longer to dry.

If you do choose to use a dryer, please tumble dry on low.

Where is Sunday Littles made?

Our collection is designed in Vancouver, Canada and ethically crafted in China, where our bamboo is grown and custom milled. Our manufacturing partners have been thoroughly vetted, independently audited and comply with all International Labor Standards.

Do you use flame retardants or chemicals in your products?

No. Our products are safety-tested, lead-tested, and compliant with all CPSC regulations. We use only natural dyes and no chemicals in the finishing of our collection. All of our products have been independently lab tested and are free of any chemicals and flame retardants.

Do your products contain any allergens or toxic ingredients?

Our products pass all federal safety guidelines and surpass all federal and EU standards regarding any toxic materials or chemicals, including lead, nickel, and flame retardants.

Are your products organic?

Bamboo is an extremely renewable resource and is grown without the need for pesticides or chemicals. The bamboo used for our fabric is organic, but the final product cannot be considered organic, as it is 95% viscose from bamboo and 5% spandex.

What are your snaps and zippers made from?

We use YKK zippers exclusively on all of our clothing and sleep bags to ensure the highest zipper quality. YKK is the world's largest zipper manufacturer and is compliant with CPSIA requirements. Our zippers and snaps are regularly tested in federally and internationally accredited 3rd party labs to ensure they are lead-safe and meet and exceed CPSC and OEKO-TEX standards.

When will an item be restocked?

We recommend signing up to be notified when the product you’re interested in is back in stock. You can sign up for email or SMS notifications by clicking the “Notify Me When Available Button” to be notified immediately when the product is restocked.

Limited Edition items may or may not restock, depending on the nature of the products.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my Sunday Littles order?

You may return any items that are unwashed and unworn. Tags must still be attached with your order still in the original packaging. All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.

All purchases made during sales and promotional periods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return for full refund

Upon submitting your online return, you will receive a return shipping label. A flat fee of $12 for British Columbia (BC) or $18 for the rest of Canada will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive and process the returned items at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

International returns

For any returns from outside Canada and the United States are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To request a return label, fill out our Contact Form and have your order number and shipping information handy.

How do I exchange something from my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges online. If you need a new size or colour, you may return your items and place a new order online.

What if my items arrive damaged or defective?

If you receive an item that is damaged or defected due to a manufacturing error, we will gladly replace for you. Please fill out our contact form or send an email to hello@sundaylittes.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. Damaged and defective products must be reported within 60 days of placing your order to be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Sunday Littles currently offers free shipping to CAD orders over $80, to US orders over $125, and international orders over $200. These totals are after discounts and before taxes and gift cards do not qualify towards free shipping.

Flat rate shipping fees on all other regular priced orders:

$5.00 for all orders in British Columbia less than $100.00

$12.00 for all Canadian orders (outside of British Columbia) less than $100 CAD

$20.00 for US orders that are less than $125 CAD

$30.00 for all other international orders less than $200 CAD

All values are in CAD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to not ship to certain areas, in the event that shipping charges are too costly. Please note that local charges may occur at the customer’s expense, specifically for the US and international orders, where additional duties and taxes may apply.

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship from our warehouse in Vancouver within 3-5 business days. This does not include transit time with the carrier.

Once shipped, estimated delivery for Canada and US shipping is 5-10 business days.

If you have specific shipping requests, please send us an email as soon as possible with your order number, to hello@sundaylittles.com. We do our best to accommodate these requests but are unable to guarantee they can be fulfilled.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally.

Please note we are not responsible for any duties and/or customs charges. Duty charges of customs fees are set by your home country and are always a possibility when ordering internationally. Please note for international orders, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Orders

Can I edit my order after its been placed?

Since we aim to ship as quickly as possible, orders are sent to our warehouse in real time and are unable to be changed once they are placed. Please send an email to hello@sundaylittles.com as we will do our best to accommodate order changes.

Can I add a gift message to my order?

You can mark an order as a gift during the checkout process. Make sure to select the “THIS IS A GIFT” box for all the items that apply. You also have the option to add a gift note.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been confirmed?

Cancel Order

If you wish to cancel your order, our team strives to accommodate, provided that the order status is unfulfilled. Please promptly send an email to hello@sundaylittles.com with the subject line stating: "CANCEL ORDER ####".

Change Order

If you wish to change your address after placing your order, please email us as soon as possible. In your email, please include “ADDRESS CHANGE” in the subject line, with the correct address within your initial email inquiry. We can only accept address changes within the same province or state as your original shipping address.

Please note that once an order is fulfilled we cannot cancel or change the address.

Sales & Promos

Can I use a promo code on sale items?

If a product is on sale, no further discounts from promo codes are applicable.

Can I return sale items?

All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, or returned for a full refund or store credit.

Referrals, Credits & Gift Cards

Referral Codes

Referral codes are shared from members of our community and will provide a discount of $10 off their first purchase of a minimum $50. The code can only be applied to physical items and not gift cards. Referral codes have a one-time only use and can only be redeemed by first-time customers. Referral codes can not be combined with another discount or promo code, or Cloud Nine Rewards.

Cloud Nine Rewards

Cloud Nine Rewards is our reward program that allows customers to collect points on their purchases and interactions with Sunday Littles. For example, when you sign up for the Cloud Nine Rewards, you gain 20 points to your account. For every dollar you spend, you get 1 point. Points can be turned in for cash vouchers (100 points = $5). Cloud Nine Rewards can not be combined with another discount, referral, or promo code.

Gift Cards

Gift cards will be delivered to the email used at checkout. Your order confirmation will also be sent to the same email. Make sure to save the email containing your gift card, as a unique code and instructions to use it will also be included.

Gift Cards can be stacked with a promo code, referral code or other gift cards. Gift cards can not be purchased with any form of discount code or another gift card.
