How much is shipping?
Sunday Littles currently offers free shipping to CAD orders over $125, to US orders over $80 USD, and international orders over $150 CAD. These totals are after discounts and before taxes and gift cards do not qualify towards free shipping.
Flat rate shipping fees on all other regular priced orders:
- $9.99 for all Canadian orders less than $125 CAD
- $9.99 for US orders that are less than $80 USD
- $20.00 for all other international orders less than $150 CAD
All values are in CAD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to not ship to certain areas, in the event that shipping charges are too costly. Please note that local charges may occur at the customer’s expense, specifically for the US and international orders, where additional duties and taxes may apply.
How much is insurance?
All orders are shipped with full insurance coverage at no additional cost to you. In the event that your package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, please reach out to us directly at hello@sundaylittles.com and we will resolve it promptly. Each situation is handled on a case by case basis, however we typically offer a replacement where possible. We are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and that every experience with Sunday Littles meets your expectations. 🤍
When will my order ship?
Orders will ship from our warehouse in Vancouver within 1-2 business days. This does not include transit time with the carrier.
Once shipped, estimated delivery for Canada and US shipping is 1-4 business days in Canada, 2-5 business days in US and 5-8 business days international.
If you have specific shipping requests, please send us an email as soon as possible with your order number, to hello@sundaylittles.com. We do our best to accommodate these requests but are unable to guarantee they can be fulfilled.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally.
Please note we are not responsible for any duties and/or customs charges. Duty charges of customs fees are set by your home country and are always a possibility when ordering internationally. Please note for international orders, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns
How do I return my Sunday Littles order?
You may return any items that are unwashed and unworn. Tags must still be attached with your order still in the original packaging. All items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.
All purchases made during sales and promotional periods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Upon submitting your online return, you will receive a return shipping label. A flat fee of $9.99 for Canada will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive and process the returned items at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account. - International returns
For any returns from outside Canada and the United States are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To request a return label, fill out our Contact Form and have your order number and shipping information handy.
How do I exchange something from my order?
We want you to love what you ordered and we know sizing can be tricky. If you need a different size, we've got you. We offer free size exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. To start an exchange, email us at hello@sundaylittles.com and we'll take care of the rest.
Please note: exchanges are for size only and are subject to availability. If your size is unavailable, we'll issue store credit.
What if my items arrive damaged or defective?
If you receive an item that is damaged or defected due to a manufacturing error, we will gladly replace for you. Please fill out our Contact Form or send an email to hello@sundaylittles.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. Damaged and defective products must be reported within 30 days of placing your order to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
